To request a return please email info@stprin.com or visit us in-store.

- Items may be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase or receival, for an exchange or store credit. Items must be in their original condition and have proof of purchase to be eligible for return.

Exclusions:
The below items cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

• Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
  
• Bespoke or Engraved pieces
  
• Sale items
  
• Charity/donated pieces

- We do not offer refunds unless the item is deemed faulty due to the manufacturing process. St Prin reserves the right to assess and determine fault within a product prior to processing a refund.

- Bespoke & engraved pieces: Once the artwork or proof has been approved by the customer, any subsequent changes or requests for additional artwork will incur a fee.

- St Prin does not cover the cost of return postage. If an error has occurred at the fault of St Prin, you will not be asked to pay the return postage fee when lodging your return. We recommend purchasing tracked postage so you can trace your return; St Prin does not assume responsibility for lost parcels.

Many of our pieces are handcrafted to order. There may be slight variations due to the handmade nature.

Timeframe depends on the piece and our current lead time. We recommend allowing a minimum of 3 days for your item to be made, however, this may vary so please contact us on 0413 593 083 for an immediate ETA.

Most standard ring sizes are listed on our product pages, however, if yours isn’t shown please contact us via info@stprin.com to confirm your order.

If you are unsure of size, there are a few ways to find your fit:

1. Come into the St Prin studio (or your local jeweller) to be fitted.
